Rallycross would be a good thing to simulate country driving. Only problem with that is the lack of space and lack of grip for GTR cars. It does promote non-GTR officers, but trying to find space for a bank, lotto pick-up and lotto drop-off will be hard.

Well, Socket 423 is dead. You might be able to find a CPU or two on ebay with that socket, but they will be cost more than they are worth.
