It would be nice to have a CLC Radio. The only thing i can think of that is stopping this is the copyright. A broadcasting license aint cheap its a few hundered pounds each year if I'm correct.

Anyway all you need to do is install Shoutcasr, Icecast or some other streaming software. Get the Winamp plugin, Sam Broadcaster (My personal preferance) or some other various DJ programs. You could also setup a request page. Maybe you could connect the request page to the insim and the cruisers can do it via a command such as !request Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars.

I once had in the TS channel my voice activation accidently too sensitive and it somehow played music that my PC was picking up.

With my available spare time, my abilities, motivation and all honesty- dedication to the 'mod' and what I am prepared to do, I imagine that !request pizza will come before !request songname

Online stats will be as far as I go in regard to inSim communicating to the outside world. If things like music requests can be done some other way, I doubt I will add features like that to InSim. I'm really a lazy guy. :surrender:

I dont think InSim involement is needed really.
We just need someone dedicating thier cruising time to providing other cruisers with decent tune'age on TS.
Preferably someone with a laptop next to thier PC.

(Which i will have soon! Woo! )

EDIT: I just dropped myself in it then didnt i. :noob:

Yeah as I've said in a previous post it's not hard at all to run a Radio Station. The only thing you really need to take into consideration is Bandwidth consumption and time. If you've got both of them your sorted :) You'd be best to setup a schedule and have dedicated members of the community DJ. You could also setup an Auto-DJ but that would take a little more time to setup.

Also the most legal way i know of doing it would be to have a private page which you can access with a username and password to connect and listen to the steam.

I hope this post helps you :)
