Could be faulty RAM or faulty RAM Slot. My PC at work works until I use the second DDR channel. Then it gets funky and it sometimes boots and somtimes runs for a while and freezes and sometimes wont boot past windows logo.

Faulty power supply will freeze your PC after it gets warm after maybe 10 minutes. But I guess you can install windows which takes more than 10 minutes.

We had a PC at work that lets us install windows but once that was done it wouldn't work. I tried everything cause we got heaps of spare parts, but it had to be motherboard issue because nothing helped it, so it's in the bin now. RIP

To be honest it may be what JJ said a faulty Ram slot or faulty Ram. My question is, how old is the PC? Maybe well it is time for it to go to computer heaven? Also can you provide a little more information about the PC mother board, Grpahics driver, how much ram, etc?
Well I say ChrisP steals Wentz22 spelling skills.

I wouldn't be worried about 30 days for Windows...
