- Brand new chase systems, civilians in chase can now ESCAPE
- Get far enough ahead of all the police involved in your chase for a short time and you will escape.
- Police chase is automatically controlled in a bank robbery and cannot be overwritten with normal chase commands
- Cadets have exactly same pursuit commands as Officers (Officer's suspects get fined for spectating while in a chase)
- Cadets chases are now recognised as a real chase (previous bugs fixed where Cadets could not create a chase with WANTED on screen for suspect)
- New onscreen visuals about case condition. WANTED or PURSUIT is shown and number of starts indicating Condition is displayed.
- If the Officer/Cadet crashes out or fails in any way. They loose the suspect and cannot rejoin that chase until the suspect is caught.
- If a police/cadet calls off the chase, other police in that chase can continue the chase.
- Police can join a chase and will auto join ay the correct correct condition level
- When police joins a chase all players only see Officer «engaged» Suspect, (no joining chase spam)
- If a police engages the wrong person, that person will be immune for a short time, stopping spam and allowing the correct suspect to be tagged

AFK System: - Completely revised so that it will only kick players to ensure that there is 1 (one) free slot remaining in the server.
- Selection of the person to be kicked is by a points system.
- Points are awarded for time and reduced for km driven.
- Points are doubled if in spectate.
Police Chases: - Cannot engage a <BUSTED> player.
- Players with unpaid fines cannot use !pitlane (would be spectated on recovery.
- Wording of some DISPATCH messages changed slightly.
Groups: - Revised the groups display – shows tag examples and groups online from !groups.
- !group GROUPNAME works as before, except that POLICE and TOWTRUCKS display Chief, Deputy Chief, Sergeants and the Police / Tow in order.
- Added !Police !Admins !Towtrucks as short commands for groups.
Fines: - Structured fines so that they are set differently for each category, and are scaled according to the Bank Class of the car driven.
Bank Robbery: - Increased loading rate to robbers car.
- Added message to say how much time was left when suspect is busted.
- At PD Chief request the minimum number of Officers / Cadets for bank robbery is 2 x Officer, or 1 x Officer + 2 x Cadet.

Tow: - Added ”Towtrucks” to officially recognised groups in cash colours (Tow = Yellow to match tag... so all Civs get green cash).

- Command protected by anti-flooding trap.
- Added !tow USERNAME for active towtrucks to let players know they are coming.
- Added !ht = !helptow for Towtruck commands.
Flooding: - Fined for flooding message goes to player only to avoid spam.

Cash: - Some little additions to tweak earnings rates on the really slow tracks.

Health: - Player health is monitored, high accelerations (such as in crashes) cause player health to deteriorate.
- Food items to increase heath available from shop.
- If player runs out of health they pass out (spectate).
Tow: - Added checks to !tow USERNAME to allow use only when !555 / !tow has been requested.
- Adjustments made to Tower and Casualty for period of tow to avoid passing out due to health problems (auto-health restore).
