Folder passwords

Does anyone know how to password-protect folders in WinXP? I made myself an app to do it, but it's not 100% secure...

EDIT: I found loads of software to do it, but I'm wondering if there's a way to do from within Windows...I also found that I can ZIP the folder and password protect it...but I don't want to compress it...
I guess my software will do then

Dunno if you can do it in XP .. but there are many programs out there that do.

Nah, it's just I'm using the family PC, and SOMEONE keeps messing my folder up...moving/renaming/downloading "illegal" files...so I made a program to protect it, and apparently there was 48 password attempts last night...now I'm putting a keylocker onto it, so after 3 wrong attempts, the keyboard and mouse become "disconnected" from Windows When it's locked, whoever is trying to haxor will no doubt get me to fix it
