Re: Suggestion thread.
I guess he means the updatee.. (?) And i think that would be a good idea because not everyone will get to grips with what the 'main' pit is.. good for new people

Re: Suggestion thread.
Not only is it good for new players its good when you have a wrecked car or overheated clutch. Oh wait that just means the bad drivers will be out on the road quicker next time. GOD help us all!

Re: Suggestion thread.
let me know when its back to normal, I cant risk going for distance bonus/record like this , I'm sure u can understand that.

Re: Suggestion thread.
I've removed many of the old inSim crashing issues by optimising & re-coding some of the system. It actually used to be a lot worse. Things are improving over time, and instability is not something I overlook on purpose.Conzales (Be) wrote:heres a suggestion

Timeouts are pretty impossible to totally get rid of. We can't control the thousands of routers across the WWW on hundreds of ISPs. Unfortunatley inSim is unable to detect the difference between if you timeout or if you just pull your router plug, so I wont be able to recover distances if you timeout, because people would exploit that loop-hole for a free pitlane/repair.
InSim crashes: I have an algorithm designed to recover your distance bonuses and endurance runs when the inSim crashes, This design is actually ready for implementation so if the insim crashes, it will recover your distance. Just another small step towards better stability. Believe me I am working my butt off on this, but I have to work to earn real money to so these things take time.

Re: Suggestion thread.
hello
I can completely understand the problem with the time-outs.
I am also very pleased to know u guys are already looking into that problem;
As for the distance recovery after insim crash:
Thats a great idea
let me know when that system is up and running , it would make up a lot for me.
greetz and respect
