server name is: [CLC] CityLifeCrew Cruise
to get in the server: start lfs select multiplayer join specific game and enter the servers name OR select multiplayer and from there Display list of games and find CLC from that list. Remember to have Cruise = yes as filter in the server list.

There are no Taxi's in [CLC] server. You mentioned a 3 minute limit. Please explain what you mean, we don't have such a thing.
