Registration ends on Friday November 14th, 8:00pm UTC. No exceptions. 16 drivers will be allowed to take part, but since some people might not be able to show up despite having registered, don't hesitate to sign up even if there have already been 16 people opting in.
Rules are most probably subject to change, so take another good look at them especially on the event day before the race.
