Unlocking Mobile Phone.

Okay, i have a samsung e350 phone, currently on 02, and wanting to change to Orange for Dolphin :P . I need to unlock my phone(when i enter my Orange card, it asks for an unlocking code of some sort), so, how do i do this? All I've seen online is stuff that costs/asks for details when you phone 'em so I don't like the looks.

If the only free way is illegally, and someone knows it (this is what pms are for) :lol: .

Thanks

lol, A Big F***ing hammer or a wall will do the trick. That's just me though...

Well, is the code just a number or letters too? One more, How long is the code supposed to be?
I can't imagine this being much more difficult then figuring out the combination to a master lock.

Set: 8 characters? (example), 26 letters , 10 digits
k = 8
n = 26 + 10

Combinations with repetitions:

= ( n + k - 1)! / ( k! x (n - 1)! )
= ( 36 + 8 - 1)! / ( 8! x (36 - 1)! )
= 43! / ( 8! x 35! )
= 5846743244160 combinations

Ive used both Wotanserverand Davinciteam to unlock and upgrade my SonyEricsson's, despite the fact that costs a few euros (which still is way better than have to wait AND pay 10 times more to the operator), but samsungs phones... if they cant solve it, i got no clue. Get a real phone? ;)

hi

it means your phone is locked to your o2 network provider. you need to unlock your phone inorder to use it to other network provider. unlocking a phone can be done through many ways. you can use any software or hardwares or cables to unlock your phone or you can try codes to unlock your phone. code method of unlocking is the easier method to unlocking. there are also many sources to get the codes. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from other online provider. mostly your service provider(o2) itself provides the unlock codes. in case if they fail you or you are delayed in providing the codes you can go for online providers like Unlocking4U.com
