Nah.. in GTAIV it would be almost no difference at all if you compare GTX 260 vs GTX 295.. since GTAIV doesn't need that much graphic processing power.
Almost in all cases it's the CPU which limits the fps, not the GPU. (atleast if you have a dualcore CPU)

gta 4 doesnt need much graphic processing power? lol thats funny, min of 256mb video ram not much? lol, but yes the cpu does limit graphics , cant run the graphics to high or comp slows, even if my graphics card can handle it

its not me about the processor it could handle it but the graphics card fails!

a res of 800x600 isnt fail, unless there is nothing worse than fail lol, i could put my graphics up, but unlike u it is my ram or cpu that is the issue lol

GTA IV Had it on ps3 its rubbish you cant even drive helicopters or even jets OR EVEN go into the Gym

You can fly helicopters in all gta games since gta-vc.

You have to complete some of the game, but you can still fly them,

u can find helicopters in various places, like at the airport, just dont get to close to the runway lol, GTA IV on PS3 is brilliant
