I'd also take the time to remind the remaining bidders about some of the most important rules:

* both the highest bidder and the second highest bidder must pay their highest bid
* the MRT may NOT be transferred to another person during the closest four months of the auction's end.
* Bids can be an increase of maximum 10.000€ from the bid before.

Im really looking forward to see how this ends...

thats the latest time to pay for it. if you win or come second u can pay from the end of the auction, sat 10 GMT. If you cant be home at all ofc we can arrange something, but the idea is that you pay the whole amount urgently.
