The last accepted bid was Postby RaGe on 14 Feb 2009 22:59. Other two was made when the auction closed. Sorry for that guys. (any debate in this, first thing of the rules section, "Auction ends in one week; the 14th of February 2009 at 2300 CET." Meaning, its not open on the dot,or it would be ended 23.01)

This means that RaGe have 24h to come up with 421.000€ for which he will receive an MRT. At the same time, Magronmhr have same time to come up with 420.000€.

Right i'm just going to get my words in before Maxh decides.

The bid was at 421k, at 9:59. I then posted mine at 10:00, with a bid of 430k. - Meaning that Mag would have bid 431k (or less) if he didn't know I'd posted. Therefore he MUST have seen my post or his bid would have been invalid. So, if he didn't see mine he bidded irationally, thus breaking the rules.

tactics isnt breaking the rules. Posting to late is tho, and only posting matters, timewise

OK, now I am confused. Does second place (magnus) have to forfeit 400 K and still gets no MRT?

420k, yes, as stated in ze rules as the twist for this auction

Btw, both bids have been cashed in and the mrt has been delivered.

Really though, as much as I don't feel sorry for Sam (no offence but it didn't hurt your pocket) I did feel a lump in the back of my throat to see Magnus !pay stupidK but oh well, thats the way it goes, I really thought I was going to be the one doing that!
