These 2 lines is kinda conflicting eachother arent they?
5. You must use a towtruck skin and on it, it has to say "towtruck". Use the official skins, get them here

13.You must wear offical towtruck skin while on duty as offical towtruck.
what i mean is. first line says you can use any tow skin as long as it has tow in it. further down it says only official skin.
maybe that could be corrected
