Can a admin check the banlist for hiboost

Hi guys
a week ago a admin perm banned user M * (hiboost). reason: ramming pd swearing at admins and me and being generally obnoxious
At 4:35 this afternoon hiboost rejoined the server while the server stated (hiboost has been permanently banned) you can check the chat logs on your LFS's please and take proper action. will write back if user has wrecked anything
