New tow skin

Ive been working with matt for some time, and now they are finally done. Helmets skins are also done in the rank's themes and included in ze packs. All credits for this skins should be delivered to matt (mjh93sa), my suggestion is that we worthship him for a few minutes if thats okay with y'all.
The chief and dep skins are not available for download since you dont need it
Please note that since NOW there is new rules for this; all official towers must wear the nickname and skin to be on duty. (you arent allowed to use any other skin or nick anymore). You can find all cadet and towing rules here.
