Umm, so why not change the language in the options menu?
And if you don't know how to do that, open the .cfg and replace "Language Deutsch" with "Language English"...

Why didn't you just delete the CFG like i told you.. Would have done the same job

Sam: i tryed that, it just said the same message
Chris: i put yourCFG file in (overrite it) and bang, booted up fine, all i had to do is change a few persinal things (name, graphics etc)
