I got the job so ordered these:

Asus ENGTX260 MATRIX
Cooler Master Storm Sniper
and
Corsair HX520W as you guys suggested

I got my case and PSU yesterday but the damn gpu is on the way from somewhere. THE CASE IS HUGE!

There is GTX295, and then it have different manufacturers like XFX, EVGA, etc..

In most cases there is no difference. If you just want the card, go for the cheapest brand you can find.
Unless the brand touches the card and overclocks it a bit, the higher price will only come from additional software and little goodies which you don't need.

But ofc some brands can have different coolers..
Some of Gigabytes cards have a thingy called "Ultra durable", they run a bit cooler than other cards, even though they have the same cooler. They are cooler because they have extra thick copper layers and use high quality japanese capacitors and some other stuff. And those cards don't cost more than other "normal" cards.
But unfortunately Gigabyte doesn't seem to have the GTX295 in ultra durable version.

Just make sure you pick the single PCB version of GTX295, it runs a bit cooler than the double PCB version.

aaa now i know why my old gpu have been heating up... the cooler had lost somehow the "juice" between the processor and cooler :lol:
