Hey guys, after a long discussion on teamspeak I have decided to host a CLC Gumball event. I'll keep this fairly short as there are very few rules.

At 12:00hours UK time, we shall begin our jorney of 1000kms. You will have 14 hours to reach this target distance, most people should finish way before this time even in a UF1 but to mix things up a bit more you may use any car in the Standard, Turbo and Race classes.


If you manage to complete the required distance (1000km) in the 14 hour time period then you will recieve a small prize depending on your cars class.

Standard Class(UF1/XFG/XRG) = 10k Prize
Turbo Class(XRT/FXO/RB4/LX4) = 12k Prize
Race Class(FZ5/LX6/RAC) = 15k Prize

These prizes may sound small, however, players in the standard class cars may be earning anything up to 60k during this event making a total of 70k earned. Not bad going for one day I'm sure some of you will agree.

And why not start on Friday?

Mid-day Saturday to 2am Sunday to do 1000km... I'm in!

Only one question: Does it need to be a solid 1000km or just a total (IE an extra counter that isn't reset when you pit)?

The track will be the one next in our rotation, I won't release which one but I promise you there are no supprises.

The reason we don't start friday is becuase it would have to start late friday as people have school/work, this would then mean for the event to go on through the whole night which would rule a few people out. Depending on how smooth this runs I hope to organise more of these events on a regular basis and the time of day will be one of the main controlling variables.

Finally, the 1000kms will all have to be done in one distance quest. The AFK Timer will still be active although it wouldn't be against the rules for a friend to 'nudge' your car to reset your afk timer if you can't make it back in time. Speak to me if you have no friends.
