My E-Mail is Broken Any Help ???

Hey Everyone, Just to let you know my E-mail (admin@harryhopwood.co.uk) is not working for some reason ??? i obatained the domain from http://123-reg.co.uk/ and used this google app toi recive my E-mail http://google.com/a/ all i had to do is log onto my controll Panel at 123-Reg and input some details in the control panel and its allways worked until now but for some reason its stopped reciving E-mails HELP ME ANYONE!!!
