Computer trouble :(

i keep getting shut down alot trying to game.
windows 7 home premium
Q9400 2.66 1333fsb
8gb OCZ Nvidia SLI ddr2 pc-6200
asus P5N-D
BFG GTS 250 1gb
all drivers are up to date but i think its the video card drivers, i cant get window to stop install their driver when i want to install mine. I'll uninstall driver, run driver sweeper, then start in safe mode, and it installs its own. Driving me nuts. I'll post just a few of the logs from the event viewer.
I've ran memtest for 8 hours not overheating, 3d mark 06 pretty high settings no overheating, video card stability tests no overheating. Highest temp i get is 68c on video card, everything else is 50c, or in 30-40c range
