Howdy. One from me....

6. What happend? I joined the server to notice burnoutking speaking what looked like Dutch. I told him to speak English (3 times eventually.) to which he replied something in Dutch. He seemed to quite down, so I continued driving. I drove past him at one point on the pit straight while he was messing around doing donuts in the middle of the road (Which I don't have a problem with as it didn't cause me any harm.).
   
   When I pass him, I notice he starts to follow me. He then gets close and starts blaring his horn so it is obvious he dislikes me due to me telling him to speak english. So I think "OK, I'm outta here." so in a true Hollywood esque style (:wink1:), I drift the car round the corner and make a speedy getaway. As I brake for the roundabout near the Bank, I notice burnouts car speeding towards me, and ofcourse, he shoves me OOB.
7. Why is that wrong? Against the server rules. Ramming is not permitted between civilians.
8. Any suggestion of resolution? A Ban would be nice. Oh, and a Refund too, preferably from the guys account as punishment!

I pass burnoutking with no problems.


Only problem is, he decides to follow and give chase!


At this point, he is right up my bum blaring his horn.


I decide to "Get tha F outta there!" and attempt to make my escape.


I get abit of distance between me and him, and start braking at this point (Note Red Highlighted Area).


Only problem is, he is still Accelerating (Again, Note the Red Highlighted Area)


And the end result is me getting a flying lesson!

Well, pretty damning evidence against {NL}ROADRUNNER (burnoutking)

The non-english would have got him kicked if an admin were directing. Please when you see this behaviour direct people to !r1 and !r2 to show them where the rules are and then leave them to it.

After a couple of non-english related comments {NL}ROADRUNNER follows Moo.Frenchy and takes the first opportunity for a wrecking hit. Unfortunately the number of barriers in the area result in an OOB.

As {NL}ROADRUNNER appears to be new I'll be lenient.
