Ramming and Refusing to stop wreck people.

I was Driving on the right side of the road, sudenly a xfg comes and headon me, After checking the name to this guy, i started following him. After a while i underastand that [TC] Geeltje_GTI (m3aswin) were driving dangerous and was waiting for a car that he cood ram, so i told him to stop 3 times, as you can see At - 6.20.50 - Do [TC] Geeltje_GTI (m3aswin) headon on [rj] Verba (flocke22) So after 3 warnings from an Officer, he steel refuses to stop ramming people. This is a very bad behavior and i do realy not like to see this on CitylifeCrew. My suggestion is 15 days Ban, and 7000-15'000euros fine. Mats d.b.
