Voting for Cadets

Here is an Idea.
Basically JJ is AFK I think, He had Frenchy as Cadet.
Now, We all know that there can be cadets so long as there is a 'supervisor'. Anyway. Frenchy left, So the server is lacking any kind of police atm. My thought is this. Why don't we have a list of say pre-approved cadets. People who have done it before, Then if we are in this same situation again the folk in the server can vote for someone off that list to become a cadet.
That way the 'supervisor' is still there, The server has a cadet for chases and the fun etc and the people in the server get a cadet that they know can do the job =)
