I just did it, and it saves me having to upload it to a webhost! Here's how:

Go to your profile page in lfsforum (click on your avatar in any of your posts)
Open the source (In IE7: File --> Edit with notepad)
Press CTRL + F
Search for "images/customavatars" (without the "")
Close the search box
Highlight this bit: images/customavatars/avatar93850_5.gif (numbers will differ)
Paste this into the box on the CLC forum for custom avatars
Before the images/, put http://www.lfsforum.net/

And that's it! I'm not sure, but I think if you change your avatar on LFSforum, this one changes too.

instead of searching in source, just rightclick on the image to see on what adress its hosted on (and then post in custom field in this forum). Works on Firefox and im pretty sure in IE6 too.

IE6 works as well..

Right click your avatar on the LFS forums and then choose properties.

You can then select the Address: (URL) and you can copy the link.

I'm pretty sure if you change the avatar on LFS forums, the random numbers in the URL change as well, so you must update your avatar link in these forums also.

Oh, I know IE6 works too, but I couldn't remember what you go into for source...(I think it's View --> Source though). I never tried just going into properties...would have been more sensible i suppose lol
