I dont think it can be explained better than this. (not with my english knowlegde)

But maby you'll figure it out when we get some stuff on the site. Remember it just opened today

EDIT: A thing, there would be posted is for example, when the bank of clc get robbed...

Yeah you can say that. Like a tv-station there is bringing news out. When driving around and find them.

We do the same, just in LFS on Cruise server
