It's had different settings in that sub-forum category because I had to rearrange things to allow Sergeants to post in the BANS thread. If you remember we used to lock instead, now its not locked but access is restricted. So I'll look at opening that other one back up.
Please only use that thread for interesting news articles about happenings in CLC and don't fill it up with questions and other "non-newsy" related issues.
edit: it is fixed now.
edit: "Registration/Forum Issues" opened up for access and this thread moved there. Yes, the place to post problems was also locked.
