the person to get there car like the one below but with there wheels on the fence as if the are parked of the fence, but u have to be stuck there

I will pay 10k to the winner when i see them next, comp closes at midnight the 15th may new zealand time lol, not sure wat gmt it is , winner must collect prize on or before the 17th may
