MRT would be rubbish for towing, it doesn't have a reverse gear!

i have done quite a few successful tows with the mrt, just have to get some speed

Miles, careful, patch Y31 isn't compatible with what CLC is running at the moment.

Miles, its a totally different interiour.

As far as I know, all customs lights and interiours will have to be re-done (By that I don't just mean backed up, I mean edited so it fits properly)

Yes, I've downloaded Y31 just as a test and compared the files in dds with each other.
They mapped the parts elsewhere on the dds files. Looks more logical now.
