The answer is no and not open for discussion, I agree that it can be very annoying to time out at high kms, but we've had the distance quest a long time now and although we've had a few complaints most people say we're doing fine =)

5 mins restore.... What happens when your isp goes out for 10 mins? Sometimes i lose connection and it can take more than 5 mins to get back in. It would have to longer than 5 mins I think.
Then we also have the case where the server might go off line out of our control for a few hours. Then when everyone returns they have been out for more than 5-10 mins so they lose their restore point.

It's not so easy to make a solution for every scenario. Mainly because it's simple to FAKE a timeout. If faking a timeout could be stopped then there would be no problem. But too many exploit any loop holes.

If this ever was implemented, i feel it should jsut be an hour, simply cos thats how long you an go afk for, so if you time out, you have the afk euiv of an hour.

Still vote no for it though.

just wondering about cops using cop radio to chase people who have robbed cash from other drivers, as to wether It should still be allowed for OFFDUTY cops to suddenly come onduty solely for the reason to bust the robber?

argh what I mean is if its fair that should make it that cops can only engage robbers at the time when they are currently onduty patrolling? or still having it as above mentioned to make an offduty suddenly come onduty which seems a tad unfair(?) this isint complaint just curious kinda thing

off duty officers/cadets cannot suddenly decide to go on duty after the bank has been robbed ,its impossible insim will not allow it , have you had your head in the sand for the last year

Cops should protect the innocent. IMO

If this rule was introduced, (insim or otherwise) then victims might think it's unfair that cops can't come on duty to rescue them. It's catch-22
